Professor and Chairman

Dr Hill was Vice Chairman, Department of Anesthesiology and Professor of Anesthesiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Hill’s expertise is in critical care medicine, preoperative assessment and intraoperative anesthetic care for patients undergoing cardiac or thoracic surgery and adult patients with congenital heart disease requiring noncardiac surgery.

Professor and Deputy Chairman for Research

Dr. Levy is a Professor of Anesthesiology. He completed his residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital where he was also Chief Resident. Dr. Levy completed a fellowship at MGH in Cardiac Anesthesia and in the Respiratory Intensive Care Unit. He is a senior examiner of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is also on the editorial board of The Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia.
